The Boston Offices
The Lacuna offices were located at 423 West Brodway, Boston MA. They were just above a CVS and next door to the Lincoln Bar. Originally you could visit this location in game by logging in to the Lacuna MOO. It described the building as a four floor building with a lobby and break room on the ground floor, a break room and well used offices on the first floor, dusty offices on the second, and a security door blocking the top of the spiral staircase, preventing access to the third floor. Behind that door was the PERIHELION cluster and the R&D department. There was a security door in the lobby with stairs that lead to the LAIR, where artifacts were stored. There was also a basement with three portal rooms. Two were fairly small but the third was the size of a gym. It likely took up the majority of the floor.
Inside R&D the hallways become a discombobulating hybrid of "executive" and "clinical". The floors are a greyish shade of linoleum, the walls do a convincing impression of handsome and heavily varnished hardwood and the fluorescent lighting panels are embedded in something that might actually be concrete. Numbered doors dot the halls, each with a card reader beneath a placard. Inside there's a door called Observatory, with a security check with two guards inside the second door, and then a huge lecture-hall auditorium-y thing inside with a big cube with a bunch of cables plugged in on stage. Couple of rooms behind the observatory.
The main LAIR was a separate warehouse that you could get to via an underground tunnel. That had a lobby, a main warehouse floor, and then a vault at the back of the warehouse for big deal artifacts.
There were security cameras everywhere and most of the doors were locked.

F1: There's an open-layout office space with a handful of neat cubicles, all empty. The office is fairly modern with computer monitors and keyboards. There are a few windows along one of the walls but the thick blinds are drawn. A stairwell leads down to the basement. The office suffered damage: slashed paintings, burned walls. Three doors on the far wall opposite the window look like offices, which have wooden desks inside (also damaged by claw marks, spaced for clawed human hands). Another says H. Blackstone. One desk reads H. Campbell. The window overlooks a busy street in London.
B1 (Portals): There are narrow hallways decorated with plain white wallpaper. The floors are old hardwood. Fake potted plants dot the office. It's very dusty. There are three portal rooms and staircases going up and down at the opposite end of the hallway. The portal doors lock behind when you go through them back into the office. Very bad if the office is infested with wights. Yeesh.
B2 (LAIR): The final floor. There is one hefty double door in front of the stairs marked LAIR above the door in big steel letters. There's a keycard swipe next to the door on the wall. It was dismantled by Pharo during our investigation. Inside the LAIR is a large empty room the size of the office on F1. Neatly arranged shelves hold numbered boxes. Many unlocked boxes were empty when we found the place, but Darren and Pharo managed to bring some stuff back by breaking into the locked boxes. In the back there is a door, which is unmarked metal with a single handle. We don't know what else was in that room because a wight was hiding in it and attacked on sight.
